Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development/site acquisition.

• Experience in telecommunications industry is an advantage.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of contract preparation, legal terms, and regulatory requirements.

• Results-driven, organized, and strong team player with leadership potential.

Job Responsibilities

1. Site Acquisition:

• Identify and evaluate potential sites based on business needs and market feasibility.

• Conduct site visits and prepare recommendations for acquisition.

2. Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with building management, developers, and local authorities.

• Lead site-related negotiations and stakeholder discussions.

• Actively generate and qualify new leads through networking.

3. Agreements Preparation and Negotiation:

• Prepare, review, and finalize site agreements in compliance with legal and company requirements.

• Manage documentation from prospecting to contract execution.

• Maintain records of agreements, site details, and contacts.

• Liaise with stakeholders to secure favorable terms and ensure smooth acquisition cycles.

4. Performance Monitoring:

• Achieve site acquisition targets and performance KPIs.

• Monitor site performance and profitability.

• Provide regular progress reports and handle escalations with solutions.
