Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Previous experience in customer service, front desk, hospitality, property management, or concierge services is an advantage.
Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Able to handle residents' and visitors' inquiries professionally and courteously.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, and data entry).
Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Responsibilities
. To supervise the team of cleaners to ensure the cleanliness of the common area and facilities area at all times.
2. To greet residents and visitors and provide assistance and recommendations for restaurants, transportation, local attractions, and professional services (e.g. calling taxis, accepting deliveries, providing entry to apartments when necessary, and both normal and emergency maintenance requests, assisting with luggage, guiding visitors, providing directions, preventing solicitors)
3. To respond to and following up on resident complaints or service requests; and any other services required for maintaining a first-class level of resident service, care and safety
4. The concierge will act as a liaison between residents and the errand running staff for personal services such as dry cleaning, event coordination, beauty services, etc. 5. The concierge will be responsible for the booking of facilities, ensuring payment made in advance and be responsible throughout the usage of facilities especially for pool side parties etc.
6. To be present during all functions booked by residents and ensure that the common property is protected.
7. To liaise with the residents’ caterer during functions and ensure the caterer meet the Management requirements.
8. To ensure all functions are carried out with minimal disturbance to other residents.
9. To be in charge of visitors parking during functions.
10. To ensure the furniture, decorations and facilities area are well kept and functioning. 11. To register new tenants/owners newly moved in and to brief them about the House Rules, emergency contact nos. etc for their info.
12. To update the residents profile from time to time.
13. To recommend innovative and improved service
