What you'll be doing
Handle customer enquiries via phone, LINE, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
Process customer orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment
Maintain and update customer records and documentation accurately
Follow up on customer requests, issues, and enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses
Perform general administrative duties, filing, and data management
