• Comfortable communicating with customers through online platforms.
• Must be willing to work from office.

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok and other online channels.
• Follow up with leads and potential customers in a timely manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Update customer information and sales activities in the company system.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
