Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Operation Executive (Service Crew) to support our bakery retail operations. This role requires flexibility to manage daily outlet activities and participate in roadshows/event across different locations. The ideal candidate is energetic, adaptable, and sales-driven.

Position: Operation Executive (Bakery Retail & Roadshow Service Crew)
Salary : Starting RM1700.00 + Allowance RM150.00+
Working Days : 6 Days work / 1 Offday
Working Time : Flexible working hours (Timetable arrangement), including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support outlet teams in achieving sales targets and maintaining service standards .

· Travel to different locations (island & mainland) to cover roadshow & events.

· Actively promote and sell bakery products during roadshows and peak periods.

· Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle cashier duties with accuracy and efficiency using the POS system.

- Follow operational and daily settlement procedures.

- Prepare and arrange simple snacks and beverages (hot and cold).

- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs.

- Approach customers to close sales and promote festive goodies.

- Maintain a clean store environment at all times.

- Take on ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, F&B, or bakery industry.

· Willing to travel and work at different locations as required.

· Flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Sales-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.

· Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

· Possess own transport is an added advantage.
