Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Set team KPIs, monitor sales performance, and implement action plans to achieve targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Candidate with sales experience are added advantage. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good time management and organizational abilities.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings (if applicable).
- Fluent in English and Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia (depending on business needs).
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
