Basic Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent

• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome)

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a plus)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude

• Basic selling and product recommendation skills

• Able to handle POS system and cash transactions

• Good teamwork and coordination with outlet staff

Working Requirements

• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays

• Able to stand for long hours

• Punctual, responsible, and disciplined

• Assist customers and provide product information
