Previous retail or supervisory experience is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good PR and sales skills are an added advantage.
Able to work independently and manage a team.
Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.
Passion for pets and the retail industry is a plus.

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Lead and supervise retail staff to achieve sales targets.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and compliance with company standards.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Train and guide team members to improve performance and service quality.
