Recommends appropriate repair works to customer to meet individual & company’s KPI.

Any other tasks, when requires by the immediate supervisor.

Work responsibility with good behavior and good customer handling skill towards customer’s satisfication.

Work closely with sales team & inter-department to ensure smooth operation.
