Core Responsibilities :

Racing Program Management
- Manage all Cub Prix sponsorships
- Coordinate race team support
- Ensure teams use products correctly
- Track race results and product performance

Product Feedback Collection
- Attend races and test sessions
- Interview riders, mechanics, team managers
- Collect structured feedback on: Suspensions Brakes Rims
- Future products

Product Testing
- Coordinate prototype testing Compare SUPERFLY vs competitors
- Validate improvements before production

Technical Reporting
-Produce monthly reports covering:
Product failures
Product improvement requests
Competitor analysis
New product opportunities

Dealer & Team Development
- Build relationships with key race teams
- Identify ambassadors and future sponsorships
- Conduct product training

KPI
Number of product improvement proposals generated
Number of successful product validations
Race team satisfaction
Reduction of recurring product complaints

The Racing Manager serves as the link between the racetrack and product development, managing racing programs and sponsorships while gathering real-world feedback from teams and riders. This role translates race experience, product performance data, and market insights into actionable improvements that drive the development of better-performing SUPERFLY products.
