Data Center Construction Project (contract basis, until end of year)

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Manager in construction projects

Strong leadership and people management skills

Familiar with construction site safety regulations and quality standards

Able to work on site and manage fast-paced project timelines

Mandarin speakers will be prioritized to deal with the Client and Subcontractor

Overall management and coordination of site construction activities

Plan, schedule, and monitor site progress to ensure timely project delivery

Manage and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors

Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and engineering specifications

Liaise with project stakeholders including clients, consultants, and suppliers

Report project progress, site issues, and resolutions to senior management

Assist in resource planning, procurement coordination, and site logistics
