Bachelor's Degree or Diploma holder in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or related disciplines
1–3 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Customer Support Coordination, KYC, or related functions
Experience in Forex, CFD, Financial Services, Fintech, Payment Services, or Brokerage industries is highly preferred
Fresh graduates with strong analytical and organizational skills may be considered
Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good problem-solving and coordination abilities
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
岗位职责
1. Daily Operations Management
Execute daily operational tasks and internal workflow processes
Monitor operational activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Follow up on pending operational cases and provide regular status updates
Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities
Ensure compliance with internal operational procedures and service standards
2. Client Account Operations
Assist in client account opening, maintenance, and operational support
Support KYC and account verification processes
Coordinate with Compliance, KYC, Customer Service, and Risk teams on account-related matters
Ensure client information and documentation are properly maintained and updated
Assist in handling account amendments, profile updates, and operational requests
3. Ticket & Case Management
Monitor incoming operational and support tickets
Assign and coordinate ticket resolution with relevant departments
Track ticket progress and ensure SLA requirements are met
Escalate urgent or high-priority cases when necessary
Maintain proper records of ticket handling activities
Analyze recurring operational issues and recommend improvements
4. Data Monitoring & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Maintain operational databases and reporting records
Monitor operational KPIs and identify abnormalities
Assist management with data collection and business reporting
Support ad-hoc reporting and operational analysis requests
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
Liaise with Customer Service, KYC, Compliance, Finance, Risk, IT, and Management teams
Ensure smooth communication between departments
Coordinate operational issues and support resolution efforts
Assist in implementing operational improvements and new workflows
6. Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks
Recommend workflow improvements and automation opportunities
Assist in developing SOPs and operational documentation
Support implementation of new systems, CRM tools, and operational processes
