Job Responsibilities
Plans control and direct activities of the sales program to secure maximum sales volume and profit target and to develop maximum potential sales for the company
Builds business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients.
To execute and understand all aspects of sales and to generate sales as stipulated in KPI budget set by the Management. The Sales Key Performance Index for this role is set at RM600,000 per year for overall Corporate & Education sales as main market and others segment inclusive of Government, Social Event & Travel Agent as secondary. (Sales KPI is subject to changes as and when deemed necessary by management) and to get at least 20 new sales lead a week.
Involve in Roadshow duties and represent company in any seminar or event as per assigned.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
Assist in the development and management of sales operating budgets.
Assist in directing sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
Assist in directing market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
Reviews and analyses sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
To penetrate and increase sales opportunities in online ticketing, events. Sponsorships, banqueting, corporate events, MICE related revenue stream
