Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts and identify expansion opportunities.
Conduct regular client calls to understand evolving business needs and present tailored solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining strong client satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records in our CRM system and provide accurate forecasting.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementations and successful client onboarding.
Develop and execute account strategies to maximize retention and growth.

1-2 years of proven sales, account management, or business development experience
Demonstrated ability to build genuine relationships and close deals consistently
Strong communication skills and comfort having consultative conversations with clients
Resilience and the ability to handle rejection while staying motivated
Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and sales processes
Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities
Genuine interest in solving client problems, not just hitting targets
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
