Experience and Skill Requirement:

  1. 能配合周末上班,并于平日安排休假

  2. 至少拥有 1 年零售行业销售行政(Sales Admin)相关工作经验

  3. 熟悉 Excel 功能,如 VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP、IF 公式及 PivotTable(数据透视表)

  4. 打字速度快,能迅速适应数码产品与系统操作

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

您将负责协调客户的交付、安装及售后服务安排,并作为客户无论线上或线下的第一接触窗口,提供专业且一致的服务体验。同时,您也需配合主管处理相关的账单管理与文件记录工作,确保流程准确有序。

Job Responsibility:

  1. 与仓库及安装团队紧密协调,确保产品交付与安装流程顺畅,为客户提供良好的整体体验

  2. 协助业务发展团队准备报价与方案,并跟进交付及安装安排,确保客户需求被妥善落实

  3. 负责准确记录库存、销售及付款资料,以支持高效及可靠的客户服务

  4. 及时回应客户线上及线下咨询,提供清晰、专业且有温度的服务体验

  5. 能配合周末工作安排,并于平日安排休假,以满足客户服务需求

Working Day:

每周工作 5.5 天,每周享有 1.5 天平日休息日周末需上班
