• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.

• 1–3 years of working experience in administrative support, fleet management, or sales coordination.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in handling documentation, quotations, and system entries.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP or fleet management systems is an advantage.

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities across fleet and sales support functions.

• Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to provide reliable backup support during colleagues’ absence.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Fleet Assistant (60–70% of role)

• Manage road tax and insurance renewals, including obtaining quotations, updating system records, collecting policies post-payment, and dispatching road tax documents.

• Process invoices for vehicle maintenance, ensuring accurate system entry, compliance with payment approval procedures, and sharing payment details upon completion.

• Oversee vehicle disposal activities by liaising with used car dealers and maintaining proper documentation.

• Provide backup support to the Fleet PIC (Person-in-Charge of maintenance scheduling) during absence or sick leave.

• Carry out other fleet-related tasks as assigned.

Marketing Assistant – Sales Support (30–40% of role)

• Prepare quotations, application forms, and acceptance documents as requested by the sales team.

• Source quotations from dealers and verify inventory availability.

• Track and follow up on sales progress to ensure timely updates.

• Provide coverage for Sales Assistants during leave or absence.

• Perform other sales support duties as required.
