• Familiarity with IB programs, rebate structures, and bonus campaigns.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and market insight skills.

• Ability to plan and execute regional marketing strategies (both online and offline).

• Proficiency in English and local languages (especially for international markets).

• Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing channels (e.g. Google, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram) will be an added advantage.

Business Development & Market Expansion

• Identify, approach, develop, and maintain relationships with IB, affiliates, white-label partners, institutional clients, and other strategic business partners.

• Promote and expand the Company's presence in assigned markets and territories, including but not limited to Southeast Asia and other regions as may be agreed by the parties.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence activities to identify growth opportunities and recommend suitable business strategies.

Partnership & Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with prospective and existing partners.

• Assist partners in understanding and promoting the Company's products, services, and marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate with the Company's relevant departments to facilitate partner onboarding, engagement, and ongoing support.

Revenue Growth & Business Performance

• Generate and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships for the Company.

• Support the achievement of agreed business objectives, including client acquisition, trading volume growth, deposits, and partner development.

• Provide periodic updates and reports regarding business development activities, market conditions, and partnership performance.

General Consultancy Services

• Provide professional advice, recommendations, and industry insights relevant to the Company's business operations.

• Perform such additional consultancy services as may be reasonably requested by the Company from time to time and agreed by the Consultant.
