• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

• Extensive experience in oil trading or refinery commercial operations

具备丰富的石油贸易或炼厂商业运营经验

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills

具备优秀的领导能力、谈判能力及战略思维

• Deep understanding of oil markets and value chain

熟悉石油市场及产业链

• Strong understanding of commercial laws, contracts, and regulatory frameworks

熟悉商业法律、合同条款及相关监管框架

• Extensive knowledge of international trade, including crude and petroleum products

具备丰富的国际贸易知识（涵盖原油及成品油）

• Good command of English and Mandarin is an added advantage

具备良好的中英文沟通能力者优先考虑

• Lead overall commercial strategy including crude sourcing and product sales

统筹原油采购及成品油销售的整体商业战略

• Oversee trading, commercial planning, and sales functions

管理交易、商务规划及销售职能

• Optimize margins through pricing, product placement, and market strategy

• Monitor global/regional oil markets and identify opportunities
