Knowledge in construction contracts, tendering processes, and cost control.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Basic AutoCAD

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Source quotations, evaluate tenders, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.

Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.

Evaluate and prepare payment claims for subcontractor.

Maintain proper project documentation and cost records.

Assist in contract administration and project cost reporting

Assist in tendering process.
