HUSTLR is more than a pickleball club.

It’s the space between work and home — where people come for a game and end up staying for coffee, beers, conversations, and one more match.

We’re looking for someone who understands that while the courts are why people come, the experience is why they stay.

• Good vibes are your default setting• You naturally make people feel welcome• You remember faces, names, and little details• A messy table or stray ball bothers you before anyone says anything• You stay calm when the club gets busy• You enjoy hospitality, community, and creating atmosphere• You follow systems well and care about smooth operations

Your role:

• Welcome guests, manage check-ins, and assist members
• Handle court/class/activity bookings and daily operations
• Maintain venue cleanliness & atmosphere
• Support events & community activities
• Coordinate with coaches, F&B team, and operations
• Help create the social culture that makes HUSTLR special
