- Monitoring production to maximize efficiency.

- Ensure all raw and finished goods adhere to quality and food safety standards.

- Operates bakery equipment while adhering safety protocol.

- Planning and execute production.

- Ability to analyze and follow recipes.

- Ability to identify and resolve issues faced during and after production.

- Will be assigned to any department (Filling, Brownies, Sponge, Icing)

- Experience in baking and able to follow SOP.

- Ensure all raw and finished goods adhere to quality and food safety standards.

- Measure ingredients, monitor baking times, follow recipes and maintain inventory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
