Who We Want
We are looking for someone junior to mid-junior who is eager to learn and serious about growing in paid advertising.
You should be someone who:
Has basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
Has at least 6 months to 1 year of exposure to Meta Ads, paid ads, digital marketing, or campaign execution.
Understands basic paid ads terms such as CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality.
Knows how to navigate an ads dashboard and place ads.
Has basic understanding of campaign objectives, audiences, retargeting, lead forms, or custom audiences. This is an added advantage.
Is comfortable working with numbers and daily reports.
Can coordinate well with the Marketing Manager, designers, CRM team, and paid ads team.
Is proactive in checking campaign performance and raising issues early.
Is responsible, organized, and able to handle campaign execution without careless mistakes.
Is interested in paid ads strategy, event marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing.
You do not need to be an expert yet, but you must be trainable, detail-oriented, and willing to grow.
Salary Range
RM3,500 – RM4,500 per month, depending on experience and capability.
For candidates with only very basic exposure but strong potential, the range may start around RM3,000 – RM3,500.
For candidates with hands-on Meta Ads experience and good reporting discipline, the range can go up to RM4,500.

We already have a paid ads team based in India, but as more projects are coming in, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive focused on Meta Ads executionto join ourKL office.
This role is ideal for someone who has basic experience with Meta Ads Manager and wants to grow in performance marketing, paid ads strategy, event marketing, and campaign execution.
Your main focus will be helping us run paid ad campaigns that support event registrations, audience growth, and room-filling campaigns.
What You'll Do
Assist with setting up and managing paid campaigns, mainly on Meta Ads Manager.
Support Meta Ads campaigns for event promotions and lead generation.
Set up campaigns based on the strategy and direction provided by the Marketing Manager and India paid ads team.
Upload ad creatives, campaign copy, links, audiences, budgets, and campaign details accurately.
Check campaign setup carefully before publishing.
Monitor daily campaign performance using the company’s paid ads report template.
Track basic paid ads metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rate, and lead quality.
Help identify poor-performing ads and suggest actions such as pausing, adjusting budgets, or testing new creatives.
Coordinate with the Marketing Manager and designers on ad creative resizing, variations, and campaign assets.
Check whether ad creatives follow Meta Ads policy before submission, with guidance from the India team.
Work with the India paid ads team to understand campaign structure, targeting, testing, and optimization workflow.
Support one project at the beginning, with the opportunity to handle more campaigns as you grow.
Learn the full campaign process, including how paid ads connect with landing pages, CRM, email marketing, event registration, and sales follow-up.
Provide basic insights and suggestions for new campaign tests once familiar with the workflow
Support Google Ads as a secondary platform when required.
Stay open to learning other ads platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Ads in the future.
