Minimum SPM qualificationor relevant certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or Wellness is an added advantage.
1–2 years of experience in a spa, beauty salon, aesthetic clinic, or wellness centre; sales or consultation-based experience is highly preferred.
Fresh graduates from recognised beauty academies with strong sales interest and learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills with a results-oriented, sales-driven mindset.
Confident in conducting consultations, explaining treatment benefits, and closing treatment packages and product sales.
Pleasant, well-groomed, and professional appearance with excellent client engagement skills.
Target-driven, motivated by sales incentives, and comfortable working with KPIs and monthly sales targets.
Willing to learn new products, techniques, and sales strategies in accordance with company SOPs and training programmes.
Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
A proactive team player with positive attitude, professionalism, and good work discipline.
岗位职责
Conduct professional skin analysis and beauty consultations for clients.
Recommend suitable treatments, packages, and products based on clients’ needs and concerns.
Explain treatment procedures, expected results, and aftercare guidelines clearly and confidently.
Work closely with beauticians and doctors to ensure smooth treatment flow and client satisfaction.
Ensure consultation areas and treatment rooms are prepared according to hygiene and SOP standards.
Greet clients warmly and provide a professional, friendly, and welcoming experience.
Promote and sell treatment packages, aesthetic services, and retail products.
Perform upselling and cross-selling to achieve individual and outlet sales targets.
Handle client enquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
Maintain accurate records of client consultations, treatment plans, and sales transactions.
Assist in preparing quotations, packages, and promotional materials when required.
Support stock-related matters including product knowledge, basic stock checks, and proper storage.
Assist in day-to-day operations of the wellness and spa centre as assigned by management.
Attend and participate in all company-required trainings, courses, briefings, and skill development programmes as scheduled. Attendance at such trainings is compulsory.
Continuously update knowledge and skills in line with company standards and industry best practices.
Adhere strictly to all company SOPs, service standards, hygiene, safety, and compliance guidelines.
