Salary Package: RM3,800 - RM4,000 + RM250 Language Allowances + RM 100 Travel allowances

Joining Date: 17th June

Working hours:9 AM to 6 PM and rotational withany 5 days of working

Location: Bangsar South, KL

Requirement:

• Minimum SPM and above

• Fluent in English and Mandarin

• Fresher are welcome

• Will be primary interface for our Business-to-Business customers.

• Associate will be responsible for timely and accurate support to our customers with a strong focus on high standard for the role.

• Contribute to a team environment while adhering to service level agreements for Verification task.

• Demonstrates end-to-end ownership of every task coupled with critical thinking and precision decision making.

• Demonstrates effective, clear, and professional written communication.

• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.

• Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies, and procedures.

• Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.

• Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifies trends to appropriate channels including improvement suggestions.
