Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role

Strong people skills — you know how to motivate a team and keep guests happy

Solid grasp of restaurant operations: financials, inventory, and food safety

Comfortable with POS systems and rostering software

Available for evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Hospitality Management diploma preferred; upmarket dining experience is a bonus

Lead and motivate a diverse team through scheduling, training, and performance management

Deliver consistently excellent guest experiences and resolve complaints promptly

Oversee day-to-day operations including food prep standards and service quality

Manage budgets, control costs, and identify revenue opportunities

Maintain inventory, liaise with suppliers, and ensure quality products

Uphold health, safety, and hygiene compliance at all times

Keep the restaurant clean, well-presented, and on-brand every shift
