In-Store Customer Engagement: Stationed directly inside the store to proactively approach shoppers while they are browsing or heading to the fitting rooms and cashier.
Checkout Conversion: Help customers manage their purchases, especially for higher-ticket items, acting as a tool to help the store close sales.
Seamless App Onboarding: Guide customers through downloading the app, linking their payment methods, and completing the transaction smoothly at the checkout counter without holding up the regular queue.
Staff Collaboration: Build a good rapport and work collaboratively with the store's internal retail staff so they can comfortably direct interested customers to you.
Promotion Explanation: Clearly explain any ongoing exclusive discounts, vouchers, or campaigns specific to that store.
岗位职责
Experience: Open to fresh graduates; prior retail or pop-up event experience is a plus.
Skills: Outgoing, confident, and comfortable pitching to customers at the counter.
Languages: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin/local dialects are a bonus).
Stamina: Capable of standing for a 8-hour shift (12 PM – 9 PM). 1 hour break time is excluded.
