Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role within the manufacturing industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address supply chain issues
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in using procurement software (ERP) and data analysis tools
Familiarity with supply chain management principles and best practices
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
岗位职责
Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of high-quality materials and services
Negotiating contracts, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve the best possible terms for the company
Monitoring and managing inventory levels to prevent shortages and optimize costs
Collaborating with production and engineering teams to understand material requirements and develop effective procurement strategies
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities
Implementing and improving procurement processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Providing regular reports on purchasing performance and making recommendations for improvement
