Position : Immigration Associate

Industry : Global Mobility and Professional Services

Location: Centrepoint South, Mid Valley City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type : 12 months contract with PERSOL

Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,500 (based on experience & qualifications)

Who We’re Looking For

• Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) is strongly preferred

• Candidates with strong immigration experience may also be considered

• 0–3 years of relevant working experience, including Legal practice, paralegal work, compliance, or immigration case handling

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to manage detailed documentation and meet deadlines

• Comfortable handling multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred Attributes

• Exposure to immigration or mobility‑related work is an advantage

• Detail‑oriented with strong compliance awareness

• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn

• Interested in building a long‑term career in immigration services

• Be the main contact for corporate clients’ Malaysia immigration needs

• Manage full-cycle cases: EP, PVP, DP, LT-SVP & more

• Provide accurate guidance on laws, timelines & requirements

• Prepare and submit applications & documentation

• Handle client queries, escalations & risk mitigation

• Coordinate with ESD, MYXpats, Immigration Department & embassies

• Maintain organised case files & provide regular updates

• Use case management tools to improve workflow efficiency
