• 2-3 years of experience in F&B industry.

• Experience in a supervisor / shift leader role.

• Strong leadership skills.

• Understand daily outlet operations such as:

• Food safety and hygiene standards

• Inventory control

• Cash handling and POS systems

• Opening and closing procedures

• Customer service management

• Handling complaints

Role Overview: 

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all FOH operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient workflow across all stations. Responsibilities include speeding up workflow process to moving customers through the line as efficient as possible. They will have to manage any inquiries and complains directly from customers.  

Key Responsibilities 

1. Responsible for FOH day to day operations  

1. Quality and safety checks 

1. Managing manpower and scheduling 

1. Training and guiding FOH team as well as disciplinary actions 

1. Handle any conflicts professionally 

1. Inventory management 

1. Stock orderings 

1. To handle and/or report any maintenance issues 

1. Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the outlet 

1. Monetary handling 

1. Compiling necessary documents for outlet operations and for HQ
