Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Film/Video Production, or related fields; UI/UX, motion graphics or event design is a plus.
Relevant Experience (5–7 years): Proven experience in graphic design, multimedia production, photography/videography, content creation, social media editing, or entertainment marketing.
Industry Exposure: Background in entertainment, mall activation, family/kids brands, theme parks, fan events, retail, F&B, or agency/social content studios.
Creative & Content Production Skills: Strong capabilities in graphic design, layout, photography, videography, and video editing for social and campaign content.
Tools & Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects); familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Figma and basic web knowledge is an advantage.
Digital, Strategic & Commercial Understanding: Knowledge of social media, CRM/app/web content, and ability to connect creative work with engagement, revenue, and customer experience outcomes.
Project Management & Personal Attributes: Organized, detail-oriented, hands-on, and collaborative, with strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, work on-ground/events, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
岗位职责
Role Summary:
Lead the creative content development, hands-on multimedia production and experience execution for TGV's brand and themed sub-brands, including World of Wonders, Halls of Horror and future audience-led concepts.
Primary focus: design, shoot, edit and produce high-quality creative/content assets across social media, website, app, email, in-cinema, mall and event touchpoints.
Secondary focus: capture high-quality photos and videos to support recurring and title-led on-ground experiences that make TGV visit-worthy beyond the movie, including family activities, horror fan moments, photo opportunities, hosted events and community activations.
Growth mandate: make TGV's brand & sub-brands visible, visit-worthy and commercially useful by improving audience engagement, activity participation, concession spend, merchandise attachment, partner value and repeat visits.
Key responsibilities:
Enhance the creative and content direction for TGV's themed sub-brands, including World of Wonders, Halls of Horror and future experience-led concepts.
Design and producing high-quality key visuals, posters, social content, digital banners, EDM/ web & app visuals, activity sheets, event signages, wayfinding materials, photo backdrops and simple merchandise mock-ups.
Shoot and edit photos/videos for fan events, kids/family activities, horror/thriller activations, character appearances, movie-themed experiences, concession/merchandise showcases and recap content.
Track content engagement, activity participation and commercial performance, then translate learnings into sharper future campaigns, better content formats and stronger on-ground execution.
Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to evolve the company's visual style and messaging.
