Customer Service & Order Management

• Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.

• Present menus, answer questions about ingredients, and make personalized recommendations or upsell items.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders while paying close attention to special dietary restrictions or requests.

• Input orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and transmit them clearly to the kitchen staff.

Food & Beverage Delivery

• Check dishes for visual presentation and accuracy before serving them to guests.

• Serve food and drinks promptly and safely according to established service standards.

• Check on guests periodically during their meal to ensure satisfaction and offer drink refills.

Cashiering & Transactions

• Process bills and handle payments using various methods including cash, credit cards, or e-wallets.

Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Clear tables promptly as soon as guests finish or leave to ensure a fast turnaround time.

• Wipe down tables, chairs, counters, and floors to keep both dining and service stations hygienic.

• Wash and organize service ware, glassware, and cutleries according to sanitation guidelines.

• Adhere strictly to food safety, health regulations, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
