Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment timelines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
Preference:
Female candidates preferred.
Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.
Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates from various backgrounds.

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other employment-related documentation.
Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations and onboarding activities for new hires.
Maintain recruitment databases and ensure candidate records are accurately updated.
Manage recruitment administrative tasks and support hiring managers throughout the selection process.
Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities, interview arrangements, and employment details.
Provide general HR and talent acquisition support as assigned by the company.
