Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience may be considered for a mid-level position

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and branding

• Familiar with platforms such as Instagram and TikTok is a plus

• Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Creative mindset with good sense of content trends and audience engagement

• Able to multitask and manage timelines effectively

• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or other editing tools is an advantage

• Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn

Preferred Traits

• Comfortable appearing in or coordinating content/videos when required

• Passionate about social media trends and influencer marketing

• Team player with good interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Content Creation & Social Media

• Create engaging marketing content for social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok

• Assist in planning and executing monthly content calendars

• Write captions, short-form copy, promotional materials, and campaign messaging

• Coordinate photo/video shooting and basic editing when required

• Monitor social media trends and suggest creative content ideas

KOL / Influencer Management

• Search, identify, and shortlist suitable KOLs, influencers, and content creators based on campaign objectives

• Reach out and coordinate with KOLs regarding collaboration details, deliverables, and timelines

• Track KOL performance and campaign results

• Build and maintain good relationships with influencers and external partners

Marketing Campaign Support

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activities

• Support both online and offline marketing initiatives

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports and insights

Branding & Communication

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms

• Assist in developing marketing ideas to improve brand awareness and engagement

• Support in creating presentation slides, promotional materials, and marketing assets

Administrative & General Marketing Support

• Coordinate with vendors, designers, printers, or agencies when needed

• Assist with event preparation, product launches, or company activities

• Perform other ad-hoc marketing duties assigned by management
