任职资格

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience

  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and best practices

  • Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay (both spoken and written)

  • Female, aged 30 and above

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labour laws, while supporting a positive and productive workplace culture.
