Job Requirements / 任职要求：

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  会计、金融或相关专业文凭或学位

• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience (experience in logistics / shipping / port industry is an advantage)
  至少2–3年会计经验（有物流/船务/码头行业经验者优先）

• Able to handle full set of accounts independently
  能独立处理全盘账务

• Familiar with billing and costing related to operations is an added advantage
  熟悉运营相关计费及成本核算者优先

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  熟悉会计软件及Excel

• Able to communicate in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients / stakeholders)
  能使用中文沟通（需对接中文客户/相关单位）

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
  细心负责，能在压力下完成工作

Job Responsibilities / 工作职责：

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation
  负责全盘账务处理，包括应付账款（AP）、应收账款（AR）、总账（GL）及银行对账

• Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and cost analysis
  编制每月财务报表、管理账及成本分析报告

• Monitor billing, invoicing, and collections related to port operations / logistics services
  跟进码头操作/物流服务相关的账单、开票及收款事项

• Ensure timely closing of accounts and accuracy of financial data
  确保账目按时结账及财务数据准确

• Assist in audit, tax submission, and statutory compliance
  协助审计、报税及法定合规事项

• Monitor cash flow and operational expenses (e.g. vessel, cargo handling, transport costs)
  监控现金流及运营费用（如船务、装卸、运输等成本）

• Liaise with internal operations team and external parties (auditors, tax agents, authorities)
  与内部运营团队及外部单位（审计师、税务代理、政府部门）协调沟通

• Maintain proper documentation and financial records
  维护完整的财务文件及记录
