Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Strong experience in Windows Server, Linux, VMware, and Active Directory environments.

Familiar with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange, SAN/NAS storage, and backup solutions.

Experience with PowerShell and/or Bash scripting.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently in enterprise infrastructure environments.

Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments (RHEL, Ubuntu, etc.).

Support VMware virtualization infrastructure, system upgrades, patching, and migrations.

Administer Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Exchange environments.

Manage storage systems, backup & restore operations, and system performance optimization.

Monitor infrastructure health and troubleshoot system, storage, and network-related issues.

Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Bash.

Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
