Job Description – Project Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect (diploma/graduate in related field) to lead the design and execution of architectural projects from concept through to completion. In this role, you will engage with clients and key stakeholders to develop design concepts, prepare project budgets, finalize detailed plans, and oversee the construction process to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess strong architectural design capabilities, hands-on project management experience, and excellent interpersonal skills. A successful Project Architect demonstrates the ability to turn client visions into practical, well-executed solutions delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project objectives and develop initial design concepts.
• Lead the design and planning of commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation including budgets, material specifications, and technical drawings for approval.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients, consultants, and construction teams.
• Monitor and manage construction progress, ensuring alignment with design intent, regulatory compliance, and client expectations.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction quality and adherence to local building regulations.
• Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and update progress reports and cost estimates.
• Perform final inspections and coordinate handover upon project completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Part 2) or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in CAD and other architectural design software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to transform conceptual ideas into practical construction solutions.
• Demonstrated project management experience across various project scales.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and coordinating across disciplines.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, budgets, and scheduling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
