Maintain accurate, engaging product listings (titles, high-quality images, descriptions and pricing)

Upload new inventory and update product availability across e-commerce platforms

Ensure storefront design, layout, and promotional banners meet the brand's merchandising standards

Monitor backend systems to process and verify incoming online orders

Respond swiftly to customer inquiries via live chat or social media channels

Assist customers with product recommendations to drive sales

Support marketing campaigns by sharing promo codes and highlighting ongoing e-commerce sales

Help process payments securely and manage digital customer data
