• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in e-commerce, customer service, or operations is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English & Mandarin
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

——— Job Responsibilities ———
• Manage daily e-commerce operations across platforms (e.g. product uploads, pricing updates, inventory checks)
• Upload and update product listings while monitoring stock levels, pricing, and product availability
• Monitor and process incoming orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfilment
• Handle order confirmation, tracking, and coordination with internal teams
• Support customer inquiries via chat/email/comments in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with operations, drivers, and partners to ensure smooth service delivery
• Handle after-sales issues including returns, exchanges, and customer complaints
• Assist in preparing promotional content and campaign support materials
• Collect sales data and track operational performance metrics
• Monitor market and competitor trends to support business improvements
• Compile customer feedback and escalate operational or customer-related issues when necessary
