任职资格

  • Work Location: Butterworth, Penang

  • Basic Salary based on experience

  • Friendly, patient & service-oriented.

  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is a bonus)

  • Able to multitask & respond fast.

  • Experience in retail/e-commerce customer service preferred.

岗位职责

  • Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, DM, FB & IG.

  • Provide product information & guide customers to the right jewellery.

  • Manage order updates, after-sales service & follow-ups.

  • Coordinate with operations team for smooth delivery.

  • Conduct live session as well ya and also handle walk in customer
