Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

At least 1 year related experience in Logistics/Forwarding/Shipping Line is preferable.

Malaysia citizen.

Coordinate and communicate directly with clients and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.

Prepare and process invoices according to company procedures and standards.

Monitor shipment operations to ensure service requirements are met while maintaining cost efficiency and maximizing company profitability.

Maintain accurate documentation and filing records in compliance with company policies.

Review and improve operational processes with vendors to ensure best practices and competitive pricing.

Support the sales team by preparing quotations and providing product or service information to clients.

Prepare reports, statistics, and schedule updates for meetings and management review.
