Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.

• At least 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role (preferably in service apartments, hotels, or resorts).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• High attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness in apartments, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

• Conduct daily inspections of rooms and facilities, ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide on-the-job training to housekeeping associates.

• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; ensure proper usage and timely replenishment.

• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Prepare duty rosters and schedules to optimize manpower.

• Report maintenance issues to the relevant department for timely resolution.
