Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.

10 years of relevant experience in the M&E construction industry.

Proven track record in managing multiple projects and leading project teams effectively.

Strong knowledge of costing, tendering, and overall project execution.

Ability to engage with clients and contribute to business growth strategies.

Strong leadership qualities with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Lead and oversee multiple M&E construction projects from inception to completion.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Collaborate closely with the Project Director on business development initiatives and tender strategies.

Participate in tender submissions, project proposals, and client presentations.

Drive cost control measures, project profitability, and overall operational performance.

Manage, guide, and mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.
