At least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, any field.

Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in warehouse/store operations, preferably in a manufacturing company.

Basic Knowledge in ERP / Warehouse Management System, and MS Office.

Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping is a plus.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Coordinate with Shipping Departments team for timely truck in and cargo unloading

Supervise and assist in receiving incoming raw materials, consumables, and parts.

Verify delivery documents (PO, delivery order, invoices) against received goods.

Coordinate with Quality Control (IQC) to ensure inspection of received items before acceptance into storage.

Ensure proper labelling, tagging, and storage of accepted goods.

Organize and supervise the dispatch of finished goods from production lines to Goods Ready storage space.

Check and verify dispatch orders against delivery notes and invoices.

Coordinate with Shipping Departments team for timely truck out and cargo loading

Ensure OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) clearance before dispatch of finished products.

Maintain accurate records of goods dispatched.

Assist in monitoring stock levels of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.

Ensure accurate posting of stock movements in the ERP system.

Support cycle counts and periodic physical stocktaking.

Maintain bin locations and ensure proper FIFO/FEFO stock rotation practices.

Supervise daily activities of store assistants/workers.

Ensure compliance with warehouse safety regulations and housekeeping standards. The store should be clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Support implementation of tracking processes in our ERP system for efficiency.

Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit and traceability.

Liaise closely with Purchasing, Production, Planning, Shipping departments for material flow.

Provide support To Warehouse Manager in preparing inventory and logistics-related MIS reports, e.g daily/weekly reports on stock movement, shortages, and discrepancies.
