Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event operations or project operations.

• Experience managing event logistics and operational teams is required.

• Experience in large-scale events or corporate projects is an advantage.

• Lead operational planning for event projects including logistics, manpower, equipment, and setup requirements.

• Develop operational schedules, setup timelines, and logistics checklists.
• Ensure all operational preparations are completed before event execution.

• Manage event logistics including venue setup, equipment deployment, transportation, and materials coordination.
• Ensure all operational resources are delivered and prepared according to project requirements.
• Oversee inventory management and equipment utilization during projects.

• Coordinate and supervise vendors and suppliers involved in event operations.
• Ensure vendors comply with project specifications, timelines, and service standards.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve operational issues when necessary.

• Supervise on-site operational setup and event execution.
• Manage operational teams including event crew, technical staff, and vendors.
• Monitor operational progress and ensure smooth coordination during event-day activities.
• Handle operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain operational documentation including inventory records, vendor reports, and logistics documentation.
• Prepare post-event operational reports and improvement recommendations.
• Ensure operational records are properly maintained for future reference.

• Guide and supervise junior operations executives and event crew.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on operational procedures.
• Ensure team members follow company operational standards and safety procedures.

• Utilize AI tools to support operational planning, documentation, and reporting.
• Apply digital tools to improve coordination, workflow management, and project tracking.
• Encourage team adoption of AI-powered tools for productivity and operational efficiency.
• Continuously learn and implement new digital technologies relevant to event operations.
