• We are looking for a sales driven and patient focused Sales Consultant to join our team. This role plays a key part in guiding patients through their treatment journey, from first enquiry to conversion and follow-up. You will be responsible for explaining treatment plans, building trust with patients, and driving overall sales performance in the clinic.

• This is a performance based role ideal for someone who enjoys closing sales, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales conversion by engaging with patients, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable treatment plans

• Follow up with leads and existing patients to convert, retain, and maximise revenue

• Manage patient renewals and retention, ensuring continuity in their treatment journey

• Promote and encourage patient referrals to grow the client base

• Handle enquiries across all channels (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, social media) in a timely manner

• Build strong patient relationships through consistent follow-ups and quality service

• Work closely with the clinical and operations team to ensure a smooth patient experience

• Support social media efforts by responding to leads and engaging with potential patients

• Maintain accurate tracking of leads, conversions, and sales activities
