• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

• Malaysian citizen.

• 1–2 years of working experience in a similar field (retail or warehouse environment is preferred).

• Detail-oriented in data entry and record keeping.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems/software is an added advantage.

• Physically fit to lift goods and stand for long periods.

• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

To ensure all goods are received correctly, sorted properly, stored systematically, and dispatched accurately — maintaining full control of stock movement and warehouse order. The Receiver is accountable for stock accuracy and storage discipline within the warehouse.

Core Responsibilities

1. Receiving Control

·       Verify all incoming goods against PO/DO/invoice.

·       Check quantity, quality, condition, and temperature.

·       Reject or isolate damaged/incorrect items immediately.

·       Report discrepancies on the same day.

2. Sorting & Storage Ownership (Primary Responsibility)

·       Sort goods immediately upon receiving.

·       Store items in correct designated zones (dry, chilled, frozen).

·       Ensure racks are organized, clean, and clearly arranged.

·       Enforce FIFO/FEFO at all times.

·       Prevent product mixing, misplacement, and congestion.

·       Maintain clear walking and working space.

Receiver is responsible for warehouse orderliness within assigned areas.

3. Documentation & System Accuracy

·       Record all goods accurately (GRN).

·       Ensure paperwork is complete and properly filed.

·       Label items clearly before storage.

4. Picking & Loading Accuracy

·       Pick items correctly and completely.

·       Ensure correct product, quantity, and condition.

·       Supervise loading to prevent shortages or wrong deliveries.

·       Ensure proper stacking and temperature control.

5. Inventory Support

·       Assist in stock counts and audits.

Maintain stock accuracy and minimize variances.
