• Perform retail sales at OWNDAYS shops.

• Responsible for daily shop operations.

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.

• Dispense and fit spectacles, and edge lenses based on prescriptions.

• Maintain shop cleanliness, manage retail sales, and handle inventory controls.

• Training will be provided to build confidence in new skills within a short period.

• Working Schedule
• 6 days off per month (4 weekdays + 2 weekends).
• Working hours: 9 hours, including 1-hour break.
• Shift work details (scheduled by Shop Manager):
• A: 10 AM - 7 PM
• B: 12 PM - 9 PM
• C: 1 PM - 10 PM
• D shift (1.30p.m. until 10.30p.m)
• Overtime (OT) rate: 1.5x.

• Internal test allowance: Up to RM600.
• Annual leave: 10 days, plus 1 extra day for each completed year of service (up to 20 days).
