Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field

Preferably staff specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Experience in construction industry will be added advantages

Able to work independently with high limited guidance

Able to multitask and lead the team in Finance Department

Initiative & self starter

Willing to work at Bukit Jalil City, KL

Exposure to travel abroad for business purpose

Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

In the coordination and preparation of regulatory reporting.

Collaborating with accounting team and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Manage Account Receivable, Account Payable functions, General Ledger and review staff claims.

Responsible for the day to day operational matters of the account department.

Oversee the Bank, debtors, Creditors and monthly balance sheet reconciliation for all accounts

Manage month-end and year-end closing account activities.

Responsible for the accurate preparation of monthly management account reporting within required timeline.

To assist superior in preparation of management reports and quarterly reporting requirements.

Participation in preparation for annual audits.

Ensure adherence to tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal financial policies, and liaise with auditors, company secretary, tax agents and bankers pertaining to the financial reporting and requirement of the Company.

Assist to develop and manage financial systems and policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Supporting superior by contributing to, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures.

To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
