Job Description

Requirements

  • 最低 SPM 或同等学历

  • 至少 2 年的常规铣削和磨削机床操作经验

  • 能够阅读和理解工单和工程图纸

  • 熟练操作常规铣削和磨削机床

  • 精通使用基本测量工具（卡尺、千分尺和百分表）

  • 深入了解机械加工工艺、切削速度和刀具

  • 能够在严格的公差和精度要求下工作

  • 注重细节和解决问题的能力

  • 能够使用精密测量工具对工件进行验证，确保符合规格要求

  • 能够独立工作并按时完成任务

Responsibilities

  • 设置、操作和维护常规铣床和磨床

  • 加工前审核和核实工单

  • 检查工件以确保其符合规定的规格

  • 根据需要执行例行机器维护

  • 与主管协调工作调度和工作流程优先级

  • 遵守质量标准、现场管理和安全规范

  • 支持持续改进计划和工作流程效率

  • 执行分配的其他临时性职责
